Our Mopping Pads clothes are made from cotton. It should be noted that while the clothes are made from cotton, the stitching string on the exterior is made from a synthetic fiber. This is due to the manufacturer not being able to find a natural fiber string that would not break in the manufacturing process. We are hoping to find a natural fiber string for our second generation of Mopping Pads. Please also note, if the Mopping Pad is put on the Wittle Stick properly, the stitching is designed to minimize contact with the floor. This should minimize synthetic fibers being left behind on the floors.

Mr Wittle's Daily Duster pads are made from a Lenzing Viscose. Lenzing Viscose is devoloped from wood-based cellulosic fibers and per Lenzing is a compostable fiber. Our Natural Floor Cleaner is made in the United States by a manufacturer focused on Organic, Natural and Sustainable cleaning solutions for over 30 years. The organic ingredients are certified to USDA organic standards by Vermont Organic Farmers (VOF), the certification program of NOFA-VT.
